Headquartered in Emmaus, PA, Top Star Express is family owned, family operated, and family friendly. When Joe Stark founded the company in 1989, he envisioned a place where customers could fuel up, stock up at their convenience, and be part of the community.

Through the years, Top Star Express has developed long-lasting relationships with customers, employees, and vendors alike. Many of these relationships are community-based. The Stark family believes in the spirit of giving back to the community through hands-on volunteerism and philanthropy.
